Pricing

Our data recovery service charge is based on a number of crucial factors: the condition of the hard disk submitted for recovery, the amount of labour required to retrieve the files, and how fast the customer requires their data back. The cost for notebook data recovery usually starts from $500 Canadian. In any case, we always give you the evaluation quote and proceed upon your approval. If your files are unrecoverable, you will pay nothing, except for shipping, if needed.

Payment

For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Money Order, and Company or personal cheque/check.

All data recovery fees must be paid prior to the return of data. Standard invoice term is Net Due C.O.D.

For special arrangement, we accept Purchase Orders from pre-approved customers (corporate, governmental, and educational). It has to be arranged prior to the return of data.
